Born and raised in Ecuador, Karla De La Cruz has always had a passion for helping others and a relentless work ethic. She began working at age 16 with dreams of becoming a lawyer, ultimately rising to become the right hand of a law firm executive. In 2014, she moved to the United States, starting over with no English and no connections—but plenty of ambition.

Through hard work and perseverance, Karla built a successful career in sales, spending 7 years in the telecommunications industry and earning her bachelor’s degree in Business. She then spent 6 years in Human Capital Management (HCM), helping small businesses thrive while consistently ranking as a top performer. Karla is a multi-time President’s Club and Winner’s Circle award recipient, recognized for her leadership, sales excellence, and dedication to her clients.

In 2023, she followed her long-standing passion for real estate, passing her licensing exam on the first try. Her very first transaction was the purchase of her own property—a turning point that launched a fast-growing, fulfilling real estate career. Now, as the founder of The Vancruz Group with Empire Network Realty, Karla serves buyers, sellers, and investors throughout Central Florida.
